Add herbs to a pot with 3 cups of water. Bring herbs to a boil , then lower the heat to simmer for 15 minutes. Set intentions as you speak prayers for freedom and regeneration. Add to bathwater or let cool to a safe touch before pouring over body. Let body air dry to allow bath to permeate. DO NOT TOWEL DRY.
