Healing Team

Indra Sho (Founder/Co-Owner)

I was taught the practices, rituals, and medicines of your ancestors hold power. This power is used to heal, grow, create, and war. Understanding where you come from is key to understanding yourself. There’s power in it!

I embody over 20 years of training, certification, and practice in various healing modalities such as Tantra, Traditional Chinese Medicine, indigenous womb healing from the Yucatán, Ancestral Ritual and Caribbean Herbalism/Spiritualism. Breath and touch are foundational parts of my practice, and I facilitate this through use of deep somatic meditations, conscious touch, and sex surrogacy (SPT). These techniques and ideas have been used in my erotic activism and education over the years working with various at-risk communities.

Pulling heavily from my Maroon heritage, I teach the reclamation of our bodies as somatic and ancestral resistance through ritual, meditative practice, and conscious self-discovery. My mission is to create safe space and opportunity for my people to heal and connect with themselves again. This is my offering. Ase’.

Jalisa Danielle (Co-Owner)

I come from people who live by the water. New Orleans. Guyana. Ghana. I come from abundance and familial protection, summers full of morning tea turning into pantries of herbs and folk remedies. I use words and movement to explore the body as a sensual site of transformative healing. My work serves as testimony and activation.

I bring 30+ years of dance and movement training, degrees in Black Studies and Dance Composition, undefined ancestral intuitive practices, and more than 5 years of studying Afro-Diasporic herbal and traditional care practices. I bring Reiki and Sex Doula certifications, and a growing understanding of how movement can aid in our healing journeys.
